"Saturday Signal No. 01" turns the postcard into a strange little artifact from the Saturdays Rock universe. The artwork blends damaged field-note graphics, underground zine texture, scientific diagrams, natural symbols, and broken print culture into one magnetic visual object.
At the center is a weathered sun, rock, and eye hybrid - part specimen, part signal, part myth. Around it, waves, roots, mushrooms, shells, stars, coordinates, warning-label fragments, and measurement marks create the feeling of an old discovery pulled from somewhere between nature, memory, and imagination.
The design is raw, tactile, and intentionally imperfect, with rough halftones, xerox grit, worn ink, misregistration, torn-paper texture, and scuffed analog detail throughout. Small typography reads "THE WEEKEND IS A STRANGE MACHINE," giving the piece a cryptic, offbeat energy that feels equal parts field report and weekend transmission.
Made for anyone drawn to strange beauty, visual culture, natural mystery, and art that feels like it has a story buried inside it.
These postcards are made from thick high-quality matte paper, so they serve as a great addition to a gift or just a thoughtful written note to a friend.
